What problem are we actually solving?Turn ambiguity into a clear problem, scope and outcome.
I lead projects, programmes and delivery initiatives from intake and planning through execution, governance and sign-off — aligning people, priorities, dependencies and decisions along the way.
I bring together project leadership, Agile delivery, PMO discipline, operating-model improvement and practical AI to turn business visions into structured execution — and execution into business value.

I use AI where it removes friction from delivery: requirements, documentation, standards and reporting. I designed and built a requirements agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Case 01 · AI Requirements AgentScrum for BFSI and healthcare software teams of 8–12, Kanban with WIP limits for production teams, and sprint-based planning for creative production.
Case 02 · Agile DeliveryStandard estimation benchmarks for every project type, Gantt-based plans, and leadership reporting through Jira and Power BI dashboards.
Case 03 · Estimation & Delivery FrameworkPlain-language SOPs with RACI ownership and SLA guidelines, PM and vendor onboarding, and structured retrospectives across a 40+ cross-functional environment.
Case 04 · Delivery Operating ModelCoordinated delivery across 21 stakeholders spanning two cross-divisional programmes, with design, IT and executive stakeholders across divisions.
Case 05 · Cross-Divisional Programme LeadershipFive cases in one progression: AI, Agile, PMO, operating model and programme. Each follows context, challenge, my role, approach, intervention, outcome and evidence. Details are anonymised; the facts are real.
Delivery quality depends on how well requirements are understood before work begins. I designed and built an AI-enabled requirements intake agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Scrum for BFSI and healthcare software teams, Kanban with WIP limits for production, and five project coordinators mentored into independent delivery roles.
Estimation depended on manual multipliers and a few experienced people. I replaced it with standard pricing and predefined benchmarks for every project type.
Complex procedures and unclear ownership. I led the rewrite with the General Manager: plain-language SOPs with RACI and SLAs, plus PM and vendor onboarding.
Design, IT and executive stakeholders across divisions. I ran alignment workshops, resolved conflicts as they surfaced, and served as the central coordination point.

The same six moves, whether I'm running a programme as a project manager or a team as a Scrum Master.
Turn ambiguity into a clear problem, scope and outcome.
Build the plan, milestones, governance and delivery model.
Create alignment across stakeholders, teams and decision-makers.
Manage delivery, dependencies, risks, priorities and change.
Use data, feedback and retrospectives to improve the system.
Turn what works into repeatable operating standards.
I use AI to improve how delivery work is understood, documented, coordinated and executed.

AI is not the destination. Better delivery is.
I built and deployed a niche directory web platform with AI-based matching, an SEO content architecture and an enquiry workflow, on Cloudflare Pages and GitHub.
How I use AI in delivery“I highly recommend Ashwin for their exceptional leadership and commitment to employee growth.”
“…working with Ashwin will give you the assurance as a manager that the task/work will be completed correctly and on-time each time.”
“He brings valuable insight and knowledge, provides strategic recommendations to solve client needs and excels at troubleshooting.”
“Ashwin did more than just coach me. He supported me every step of the way and never hesitated to lend a helping hand.”
Complex delivery needs structure. Let's talk.
